You are horrible people. These are horrible conditions s. Please tell me how that is adequate shelter for dogs in below freezing weather. In snow storms. What water? The water will freeze. These dogs will be saved, they will have a voice. Anyone who supports this place is just as sociopathic as these so called breeders.

Karma is real! I can assure you these animal abusers will pay for thier cruelty one way or another! I have deep sorrow and pain for these poor dogs! Had to cuddle my wife in her greif this am knowing that some probably didnt make it through the night.
May the local authorities stop hiding from this issue or be prosecuted also!
No reason that this shouldo be allowed to continue, tonight is going to be colder then last! I pray they save the poor things today. Or PROVIDE PROOF OF PROPER CARE FOR EVERY SINGLE ANIMAL THERE! Or lock themout there with the animals. See how long they last! Sick sick people!

Beware of this whole group of people making money off of animals. Brian Dresser is trolling the FB pages trying to slam Eric. there are reports that Eric is breeding Pittbulls. If you look on Brian’s page, he transported a white Persian kitten from GA for $400. It’s their mindset to make cash off of animals and it has to stop!! DON’T SHOP, ADOPT!!!

The State Police and Sheriff’s office have both been there and found no violations. The dogs all have shelter, adequate food and water and are NOT “freezing to death”. You will note that every picture taken of this place is taken from the road and show the BACK of the barrels, not the front (which would show proper bedding). Not one person making accusations has been on the property or talked to the owner.

this is a puppy mill and dogs are all left outside and are now dying from exposure … seniors and pups as well. NEVER buy from this group. Minnie Cruella and Kathy are the owners and torturers.

If she is providing adequate shelter and bedding then she should have nothing to hide. She should let the news crews in so we can see for ourselves.
To the people who bought dogs from her. Are your dogs sleeping outside tonight?

Leaving dogs out in these conditions with the MINIMUM requirements of the law is NOT what a person that cares about dogs does. Just because the police have said that the law is not being broken does not mean these dogs are not being abused. We all know that there are not adequate laws in place to protect animals. These people have no business being responsible for the lives of any living beings. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THEIR ABUSE BY BUYING DOGS FROM THEM.

From what I understand the puppies and mom & dads are safe now? I am in CT and was hoping to drive over to take video or anything needed to help these sweet babies. I have been leaving msgs on all phone numbers and email addresses provided.
Also called the local news station in CT that covers the NY/CT border with the hopes they will do a story to help these sweeties. The weather dude is a GIGANGIC animal activist and will be majorly outraged at this situation. Thank you everyone for not letting up and fighting the good fight. ((Hugs)) to the sweet babies.

Jo Ann, mojo nothing has been done. These dogs are still outside and the temps are going to be way below zero tonight. I hope they can get these dogs out and in appropriate shelters. These aren’t sled dogs, they’re border collies which are farm dogs but still shouldn’t be in temps this cold. If you get caught leaving a pet on a car on a freezing cold or extremely hot day it is neglect. How is this not the same?!

It only takes common sense and a heart to realize that you don’t keep domesticated animals outside or in unheated shelters in winter cold of any kind, much less subzero temps. It’s cruel and potentially fatal to the animals. Forget whether it’s legal or not, it’s unacceptable and immoral– and you have to wonder what the hell is going on in the mind of this breeder and anyone who supports her. “Home-raised” dogs? Are you kidding me?

This is sickening. No animal should have to live under these conditions. And aren’t there laws that govern how MANY pets that can be on one private property? I have seen numerous times where cats and dogs have been removed from owners simply because they had too many and couldn’t care for them. Looking at these dogs, there is no way they are annually vet checked and vaccinated, much less cared for if ill. I spend hundreds of dollars a year on my 3 animals just to keep them healthy. Not to mention the cost of good quality food. By the looks of this place , I wonder how much and what they are being fed. The grounds look like a fenced in shack with crates in the yard! NOTHING like a true breeders grounds would look like. WAKE UP AUTHORITIES, this is not rocket science here! Something CAN BE DONE! I have contacted many and will continue, even if I have to travel the 2 hrs. to get there. What a disgrace.

YOU ARE A CRAZY WOMAN. WHAT MAKES YOU THINK YOU WILL HAVE HEALTHY DOGS KEEPING THEM OUTSIDE IN THE -13 WEATHER. THAT LEADS TO KIDNEY FAILURE AND LIMB DAMAGE TO THE DOGS. ANY VET WITH A RIGHT STATE OF MIND WOULD SAY THIS IS WRONG IN SO MANY WAYS. GIVE UP YOUR DOGS TO SOMEONE WHO WOULD ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEM AND GET A REAL JOB LOSERS.

  33. havenbounce
    January 4, 2014 at 10:23 am ·

Your right BCs are working dogs but they are NOT like huskies. Anyone that knows anything about dogs knows there is a huge difference. They are intelligent workaholics who were bred to herd. They were designed to work long hours herding sheep. They do not have the same coat or body build as a husky that were born to live in cold temps. If even a 1/3 of what is being said about this breed is true than they are not good breeders.
Having this many dogs of this breed (who we know do not as a rule make the best pet in a home that is looking for a couch potato)

  36. toddy
    January 4, 2014 at 4:31 pm ·

no sheep farmer EVER would buy his dog(s) from that place, or a place like this. Nor would anyone else needing a working dog. People who need a working dog VALUE their dogs.
And as HAVENBOUNCE said, Border Collies are not meant to live outdoors in such conditions. They are not made for winter, but for herding in the spring and summer.
Those are bred to be sold as pets. And I doubt that dog lovers would go there, see the conditions and buy a puppy from them. My guess, they sell on the street, markets, to shops, via the classifieds or online. I can’t imagine anyone looking for a pet buying there when aware of the conditions.

This place is running for 30 years – and they didn’t care enough about the dogs to improve their conditions in those 30 years. They won’t start now. Being not illegal does not mean being right. This clearly is not.

Look at these pics and tell me these dogs are OK. Sore red paws, frostbite on noses, ice on faces! Some look like they haven’t been groomed in a year.

Pappas, you seem to be Cruella’s BFF, so why don’t you get her to come out of her hidey hole and make a statement? Oh wait, she won’t come out because she’s too busy making money. My bad.

This disgusting hellhole is just another puppy mill needing to be SHUT DOWN! Hopefully the governor signed the puppy mill bill today & this dump will be history! Kathy, I would seriously like to see you removed from that dump you live in & taken outside to live in one the barrels your dogs call home, that would be a more than a fitting place for you. I would then hope while you were in there you would VERY slowly freeze to death…That is what you truly deserve & nothing less. Like most puppy millers those dogs mean NOTHING to you other than the money you can make off them. You are a heartless, worthless piece of garbage that makes money off the suffering of your animals…In the end you WILL pay for your actions.

What a piece of shit woman. There is no doubt at all that she will burn in hell for the suffering she has caused innocent dogs for the sake of money. Get a job and earn an honest living like the rest of us, you worthless waste of space.

  41. Need2DeClutter
    January 4, 2014 at 9:37 pm ·

Oh yea – no abuse going on here! That’s why when you blow the photos this professional photographer took you see red paws, you see legs with ice stuck in their fur, you see a dog with a frostbit nose and an eye infection, you see ungroomed shih tzus, you see a dog with ice hanging from it’s mouth, you see a foot of snow on top of the barrels – how does that provide warmth? The aholes can’t even go outside to clean off the snow! And not all the barrels have straw.

    https://www.facebook.com/CaraMariePhotography

And yes Eric did approach the owners about buying some of the dogs – he wanted to get some of the ones in bad shape out of there ASAP. And his rescue is a 501c3 – trust me the govt. spends more time regulating 501c3 charities than they do puppy mills!

  42. Marie

Two dogs died on your property during this last severe cold snap. The vet who inspected your puppy mill was obviously paid off because your dogs have frostbite on their snouts with missing fur and open raw flesh. Another dog has swollen feet. You are a disgrace to loving compassionate breeders of these beautiful dogs! Buyer Beware…. There is much more to the allegations of this breeder. Cruella, Get A Job! Stop making a living off the suffering of these beautiful animals… There is a special place in hell for those who do not care for God’s creatures!

I don’t see any evidence of a breeder who should be allowed to be in business here. A breeder treats his/her dogs like family and doesn’t just barely meet the requirements of a woefully inadequate set of ag laws. Dogs are family pets, companion animals, domesticated to be kept in the same shelter as their human “pack”. You do not belong in this business. SHAME ON YOU.

I just cant believe u don’t want help from volunteers or people that care. Right now and yesterday all we wanted and was worried that ur dogs got the proper care to be warm, By the vidoes and a lot of the pictures you can see a lot of them are freezing cold and need some attention… but u didn’t want help from anyone I guess, so god help them poor helpless animals and hope they all make it but in reality u know now that the whole world is watching and its not gonna end till you are shut down and never, ever have another animal again in your care… And all the pictures on your site are not the conditions that I see on facebook and the media, its not a living condition for for those dogs…you know in ur heart if u have one that you and your husband (brother) can not take care of all these animals so please consider of letting some of them go to a good home before its to late…
