I bought a so-called Shi-shon (Yorkshire Terrier/Bichon Frise) from Dawn. Vet confirmed she was Bichon and Shih Tzu. She’s been epileptic since a year old, has liver/gall bladder problems and is now on 4 medications a day. Dawn runs a puppy mill and breeds indiscriminately. Buyer beware!
