We are looking for a black female pup. We recently lost our black female pup Raven, at just 3 months old. Our son was extremely attached to Raven and misses her very very much. She was always waiting for him when he got off the school bus. A few days ago (sadly), her stomach flipped and she did not make it. Brendan is sure devastated. We are looking for a black female pup for him. We were referred to you by Nondi Harrington. We are hoping your black female pup is still available. This would sure make our son very very happy. Please let us know, and thanks a bunch!
    Take care,
    Carol

BEWARE, We bought a black female puppy from Moose Peak Newfoundlands, not quite 3.5 years ago. We named her Annie, she is so sweet, when Christina contacted me that she had puppies and they came with a health guarantee against hips and heart,.. she said that her guarantee was unlike some, she allowed the dog to remain in the home whereas some require you return the dog and then get a puppy. I felt good about getting a puppy from her.
Annie arrived at 8 weeks old and was soooo tiny she weighed only 8lbs, our son’s Newfie weighed 53lbs at 10weeks, I called Christina she said that both of Annies parents were small and that they grow fast. I was very skeptical. We got Annie on a Friday night so she had a vet appt that following Tuesday Vet found a heart murmur, Christina said that there was no murmur before Annie left. (not at all helpful) Long story short my sweet little girl has a significant murmur 4.5, she hips are both bad we had to get her right hip surgery before she was 2 ,it was that bad. her cardiologist had to be in the OR . I sent Christina an email letting her know what was going on, she never replied. ( it was then I knew she didn’t give a hoot about these babies.)
Or Vets said Both Issues are Hereditary. so much for “small breeder, healthy dogs”
We Did NOT get another pup from her, The LAST thing we wanted was another puppy from this breeder.
By the way Annie never got over 100 pounds, last weight 98

Lisa Smith, this sounds so familiar!! I got a puppy from this breeder as well. She died at 2 years and 1 day old! Absolutely heartbreaking for our family! Christina didnĀ“t return my phone calls, e-mails or personal messages on Facebook. Finally, once I put the the name of her kennel on social media I got her attention and she contacted me. Our puppy was a orthopedic disaster! All four legs were affected.
Please, Beware! There are many reputable breeders out there. This is not one of them!

I got a dog from Christina. He was blind in one eye, which she made me aware of before I even bought him. He lived to be 14 years old. He was the families joy and the communities pride. When he passed, we were messaged via facebook over 300 times with condolences. You see, he was known as the biggest dog in town and the friendliest. Once he was mistaken for a bear, lol. He was a protector of children, strangers were literally moved by his snout to leave the yard. Sometimes people would just drive by to see him, feed him and pet him. He loved children. His name was Kyi-yo, which means Bear in our language. I can only attest to the fact that this bear was loved beyond measure by all of us. Thank you Christina for all the precious memories we have of Kyi-yo.
