I am a small breeder, only breeding one litter every couple years. These dogs are my pets they never live in a kennel. All dogs involved in breeding are tested for fanconi and have their hips and eyes OFA/CERF’d, I guarantee their health and temperament. I have shown dogs in AKC conformation shows for almost 10 years and have put championships and group placements on multiple breeds. All puppies are raised in the house and are properly socialized they come with all their puppy shots. Puppies are by reservation only. I am planning a litter for the fall/winter of 2011 red/white males and females will be available, email for information/questions.

We have been showing and breeding since 1993 and have bred 50 + AKC home bred bench and field champions to date and many more getting ready to becoming champions. DP Basenjis breeding goals our temperament, health, and quality. We are not a backyard breeder or a puppy mill, our dogs are health tested and we REALLY do have champion lines, just not champions somewhere in the pedigree. Our dogs are registered with AKC (American Kennel Club), and not with some other registration for animals without provable pedigrees. Our Basenjis are loving, family companions, born, raised and live in our home. Outstanding examples of the breed – health and temperament a priority! Our basenjis have been tested for Fanconi Syndrome by the University of Missouri which has the first and only predictive test available for Fanconi Syndrome. We are members in good standing with AKC, and our National and local breed clubs. Companion and show quality puppies, young adults and retired show dogs available occasionally on spay/neuter companion or show contracts.
