This hell hole that you own should be shut down for good. You are heartless and soul less. How could you call yourself breeders? You are nothing but a POS that is getting money on these poor pups that don’t have a choice in your hands. You should have nothing but bad Karma everyday of your POS life and then burn in hell!!!

Why isn’t the admin of this site aware of the fact that this breeder is an abuser? Why are there no controls in place to keep them from continuing this practice? Buyer Beware!

This place is a puppy mill that should be closed. This breeder had 70 dogs that were all seized last year for the horrendous conditions they were living in.These people are only about the money. Not the care of the dogs. PLEASE go in person, and do not support this breeder. They need to be prosecuted for what they have done already.

do not buy from them… unless you live under a rock and did not read what they did to the last group of dogs they had – neglected, underfed, cold, parasites, etc.. they should be out of business and banned from owning an animal never mind breeding and selling.. this is disgusting!

This person is scum ! They mistreat the dogs, staving them , freezing them by failing to give proper shelter and if you buy from them the previous 70 yes 70 ( seventy ) dogs they had taken from them will be nothing compared to what they will do next and you buying from them will make you just as bad as them ! Be better ! You are and thank you for looking elsewhere for your new family member , shelters are a good place to start , thank you

I visited the flat creek border collies today. I counted 5 collies and 5 smaller-breed dogs outside before Herbert Weich called the cops. The Montgomery County DA’s office tells me while defense attorneys have made a motion to dismiss the charges against Weich, the Judge has NOT ruled on it and the DA still fully supports the charges. As part of a plea deal offered to Weich, he would have to agree to stop breeding dogs but he has not accepted it. So, the criminal case IS still pending. The AG’s office tells me the civil case only called for Weich to give up his outside dogs, there were no stipulations about owning dogs in the future. The Montgomery County executive says he will introduce legislation to tighten up breeding laws and increase penalties for animal abusers in the next month or so. The SPCA tells me it has received a number of fresh complaints about him having new dogs on the property but so far, has NOT opened a formal investigation. I’ll have more details and a full update tonight at 5 on WRGB CBS 6 News, Albany

Glen Highland Farm (The rescue who took in the dogs surrendered by the Weichs last year…) strongly advises AGAINST the return of the 10 dogs whose legal status has not yet been determined.
We also strongly advise the removal of all the remaining adult dogs and puppies from Flat Creek, and that they be permanently surrendered to the care of the Montgomery County SPCA or Glen Highland Farm.
Every dog still on the Flat Creek property is being exposed to the exact same poor conditions which have led to 100% of the dogs we have examined having moderate to severe health and behavioral problems.
The 10 dogs with the ‘to be determined’ legal status require immediate veterinary assistance to alleviate the painful and possibly permanently debilitating or deadly medical problems which they are now experiencing.
The remaining dogs at Flat Creek will also require critical veterinary care.
The Flat Creek property is so heavily contaminated with parasites that the dogs currently on site, even if treated, would almost immediately fall prey once again to the same health issues.
None of the dogs are of sufficient soundness, either in temperament or physical condition, to be used in a breeding program.
Without intensive behavioral therapy, these semi-feral dogs will never be sufficiently socialized for contact with humans to accept the basic preventative treatment, such as wormers, ear cleanings, dental checks and tick preventatives.
RIGHT NOW, the remaining puppies on the property are in a critical time period in their behavioral development – if they do not get sufficient socialization with people RIGHT NOW, it will take years of behavioral work to
    undo the damage.
With 100% of the surrendered Flat Creek dogs showing behavioral problems due to insufficient socialization with people, GHF has NO confidence that appropriate socialization is occurring with the puppies.
n The provision of improved shelters is not going to keep these dogs from suffering, because the deficiencies in the dogs’ care go beyond the lack of adequate shelter.

If you have ever thought of getting a dog from this breeder… please read the 2 posts above… Especially the Glen Hill Farms one. Their rescue took in the seized dogs last year. Read through their report summery to see some but not all of the health and behavioral issues you would have with one of their inbred dogs… they were able with help of friends to keep some of their inbred puppies which is where the new run of dogs have come from… Please use a real breeder and get a good safe member to join your family!!!

I DON’T understand how these people are allowed to have dogs again. Where is the laws to protect these poor animals. There is no justice. The only website this so called “breeder” should be on is one that forbids them from ever owning another animal.
There are so many animals in shelters because of scum like this.

    These people are animal abusers.
I am horrified by the tragedy countless dogs endured because of disturbed abusive puppy mill owners.
